MONKOXI INDIGENOUS WOMEN is a photographic project created in San Antonio de Lomerío, accompanying a process led by the NGO zabalketa. The series documents women from different communities in their spaces of gathering, organization, and dialogue.

These images stand as a testimony to the transformative power of the leadership of the women of San Antonio de Lomerío. They do not aim to illustrate a report, but to pause on the gestures, the gazes, and the shared moments that sustain their collective processes.

The project focuses on the presence, strength, and identity of Monkoxi women, leaving a visual record of a time of community building and affirmation.
